Our team of Quality control specialists are committed to thoroughly inspect all of our products. Quality reports are examined through out the day to insure that all products are 100% Government approved. A Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) was put into place in 1995 to ensure our customers that safety and quality come first. Our plant is USDA, USDC and FDA certified with a quality assurance inspector on site to make certain you are consistently supplied with the finest seafood available. We maintain the strictest guidelines of handling, processing and packaging and will continue in our efforts to provide value without compromise.
